A three-day women’s retreat at Lake Arrowhead · March 12–14, 2027

There’s a dream you keep circling back to. A desire you’ve quietly talked yourself out of. Something you know isn’t working, but you keep holding onto anyway.

This is your weekend to stop waiting.

Rooted in Essence is three days in the pines to return to what is true, uncover what you truly desire, and create from that place. We’ll hold space for softness, rest and honest reflection. Then we’ll invite you to be bold: name what you want, build a real plan, and leave ready to move.

You won’t just leave inspired. You’ll leave with a plan and your first bold steps already named.
