Through the I Am ME workshop women will have the opportunity to look at themselves through a lens of acceptance and self-love. Free of judgment and leaving little-to-no room for self-doubt.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
Reflect on what it means to have a healthy sense of self-love
Explore their core values
Create an I Am ME mirror
Love, Lust & Sex
Through the Love, Lust & Sex workshop, women will have the opportunity to further explore their insecurities in dating & relationships. They will be encouraged to take a deeper look into the role they play in relationships. Why they attract the men/women they may or may not be attracting and more importantly learn to become the Architects of their own life.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
Build their own Foundation of Love
Explore the role they play in the love they may or may not be attracting
Gain insight from the ME in a Box activity
